Goals

Our feasibility study has shown that we can achieve the $40 million goal. Already, the Tribal government has committed four million dollars, and another six million has come from outside sources.

Nationally recognized leaders have joined this campaign to build a new campus for Sitting Bull College.

Those leaders, along with the Sitting Bull College board, believe in and are committed to reaching four simultaneous campaign goals:

• Assure enough funds to do at least $40,000,000 of the new campus project.
• Build programs and curricula that will prepare students to succeed in meaningful jobs on the reservation.
• Build the reservation economy that will create, house and sustain those jobs.
• Carry out all aspects of this project in a holistic manner, on, of, by and for the Standing Rock reservation and in harmony with its philosophy, heritage and culture.
